The day was fabulous! I met some great ladies from all over NZ and everyone was there with the same intention a: to treat themselves and b: to learn more about what it takes to live a truly healthy and balanced existence.
Caitlin was an addictively 'positive' and 'bubbly host with good knowledge and a lovely manner of sharing that knowledge to inspire us all. I had a truly memorable and relaxed day and I'd recommend it to anyone considering a bit of "me" time to rejuvenate.
Caitlin – thank you SO much for a beautiful day out. What a wonderful way to spend my first WHOLE DAY away from my now 8 month old daughter.
I enjoyed every aspect of it, nearly fell asleep on the way home (as I was so relaxed), and appreciated your checking in if I was OK and not getting into separation anxiety mode.
The yoga and pilates was a great way to start the day, especially with someone as knowledgeable as you. The food was amazing, as was the nutrition chat with Michelle. And I wish I could have stayed longer in the spa – what a beautiful space! Hopefully I can make it over to beautiful Queenstown for another one sometime soon!

Just wanted to say thank you so much for the beautiful day you gave me on Saturday. I drove home to Oamaru after it with so many wonderful thoughts. Your approach to wellness and healthy living is doable. I left feeling excited and ready to try new things, but without the pressure to do so. Babysteps for me is how I achieve change.
I have learnt this over the last few years, as I've seen a lot of healthy living seminars that have scared me not to make changes and this made me feel like a failure, as I couldnt do it all. You on the other hand have such a kind easy going vibe it made the idea of changing my bad habits/ thoughts manageable. Thank you!

"I attended Aprive's first wellness retreat and was very impressed by Caitlin Reid and the experienced team she put together to guide us into wellness. Caitlin was bubbly and positive and everything taught was thoughtful and backed by scientific evidence. The nutrition workshop was hands on (meaning we got to eat!) and I have since recreated some of the simple yet nourishing recipes.
Caitlin understands that wellness isn't all about regiments and I thought that the chill out session at the spa was a great idea - we could unwind at our own pace and quiet was encouraged. We also took home a great little pamper pack with natural skincare products, that was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend an Aprive Wellness retreat to those who want to relax and reset themselves!"

"Everything at the retreat was absolutely perfect. The yoga classes with Caitlin and Clarissa were inspiring, followed by a relaxing spa afternoon. Everyone was so friendly and caring. Loved the mindfulness workshop! Everyone was so open about they own experiences in life and how we are all looking to be the better version of ourselves.
